Web Design Job for a Great Web Designer

We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated, pro-active, and talented. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate capabilities in designing to our Web Standards and have the ability to use the latest creative software.

You will need to have a hands-on approach with good project and time management skills. Your experience and understanding of the design and development processes are key factors in the success of this role.

You will have:

• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash
• A solid focus on design for web
• Understanding of web standards and valid markup standards
• Flash design/development experience would be an advantage
• Strong XHTML and CSS knowledge is a must
• Strong Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow brief requirements
• Must play well with others
